​1. General Agreement

By using Guddu Nainital Booking services, you agree to these terms. We act as an independent booking agency to facilitate your stay at our partner properties, including Hotel Lakeside Inn.

​2. Booking Responsibility

​All bookings are subject to availability.

​Once a booking is initiated, it is only finalized once the payment process is completed and a confirmation is issued by us.

​The guest is responsible for providing correct contact details and arrival information during the booking process.

​3. Payment Terms

​To secure a reservation, a partial advance payment is required. The balance amount must be settled as per the instructions provided at the time of booking.

​Any expenses incurred at the property (such as extra meals, laundry, or recreational activities) that are not part of the initial booking package must be paid directly to the hotel at the time of check-out.

​4. Check-in and Identification

​Standard check-in and check-out timings of the respective hotel will apply.

​It is mandatory for all guests to carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport) to present at the hotel reception upon arrival.

​5. Hotel Rules and Conduct

​Guests are required to adhere to the rules and regulations of the hotel property.

​Guddu Nainital Booking is not liable for any personal injury, loss of belongings, or damage to property during the guest's stay. Any disputes regarding on-site hotel services must be resolved directly with the hotel management.

​6. Limitation of Liability

​As a booking agency, our role is to connect you with the property. While we ensure the highest standards, we are not responsible for any changes in property policies or service quality beyond our control.

​7. Acceptance of Terms

​By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
