Refund & cancelation
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Guest:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the check-in date will be eligible for a 70% refund after deducting applicable charges.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date, or in case of a No-Show (failure to arrive), will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking amount. No refunds will be provided.
2. Modification of Booking
Any request to change booking dates must be made at least [X] days before the scheduled check-in. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Refund Process
Once a cancellation request is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (UPI/Bank Account) within 7 to 10 working days.
Any applicable bank transaction fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, road closures, or government-imposed travel restrictions, we will make every effort to assist you in rescheduling your booking, subject to hotel policies and availability.
5. How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via our official WhatsApp number or registered email address. Verbal requests made over a phone call will not be considered valid.
